Panel Redraw #1

I wanted to redraw this for a couple reasons. Firstly because a lot of the time I don't get to put the most effort into all of the panels, so I felt like redrawing a couple of my favorite panels when I can put more effort into it. Secondly because it is one of my favorite panels, and I thought it deserved color.
(and thirdly because I'm procrastinating working on the next chapter okay bye)
Oh, and Tim's older brother? He's been in the comic, before this. Bonus points if you can figure out where.
